EL SALVADOR 2014 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION: Results and predictions, in the second round.

PREDICTION:

Proposals for Peace in Venezuela.

My suggestions to be discussed in the framework of the Peace Conference. 

I must congratulate President Nicolas Maduro, for convening the Peace Conference, necessary to detect problems, find solutions and implement them, with the participation of all economic, political, social, academic, professional and religious Venezuelans.

MY ADVICE

Liberalization of the exchange market.

First of all, we should note that President Nicolas Maduro has gradually taken some “adjustment measures " , highlighting the "liberalization" of the foreign exchange market by SICAD II ... Where everybody can buy or sell currencies, under clear rules .. . Which does not happen in the “parallel market “in which users we were exposed to scams.

With this timely step, it opens the way to stabilize and economic stability, which allows us to acquire raw materials, goods and services abroad, in this era of globalization ...

Measure which should be deepened with these others:

Return expropriated and nationalized enterprises to their rightful owners.

Unfortunately, expropriation and nationalization of businesses of all kinds, has not yielded the expected results.

Instead of becoming productive entities belonging to the people ... They have become unproductive, bureaucratic, centralized and parasitic under the Venezuelan state.

Suggest: that these companies are returned to their owners, in whole or in part, by these measures:

- Full refund with compensation or facilities, to resume operations immediately.

- Partial refund, implementing “the Cuban formula 50-50 “between the Venezuelan government and the owner ....

I want to tell Venezuelan businessmen that their Dominican couple doing business with Cuba, they love this system because it gains them out cleans ...

- Unions: Companies or farms, for some reason, can not be returned to their owners, they should be transferred to their workers through the mutual system.

But, considering that must be trained for such purposes that do not happen with similar plans implemented by the Bolivarian Government.

Proportionality in the spaces of power.

The Bolivarian Constitution provides for the election of the holders of the Moral, Elections and Judiciary members "qualified majority”.

That formula is to force CONSENSUS regarding people who should fill these important positions.

Currently, they are “vacant” and their owners "de facto”, which does not give them sufficient legitimacy to acts established.

Amnesty for "political prisoners"

I remind you that President Hugo Chavez before his unfortunate departure to heaven , had almost decided to grant this measure unfortunately could not be, for reasons known to all , in this sense:

PRONOSTICO

Me sospecho que la Presidenta Cristina Fernández vda Kirchner, sale derrotada... Entre ella y su difunto esposo llevan 3 períodos consecutivos, con mucho desgaste a cuestas, con muchas promesas incumplidas, clientelismo, corrupción e intolerancia de por medio.

Aparte de que en el mundo se experimenta un "reordenamiento" a cargo de las grandes potencias, en la repartición de "espacios de influencia".

Estas elecciones son muy importantes para el kirchnerismo, ya que necesitan reformar la Constitución, para abrir las puertas de una segunda reelección de la mandataria y un cuarto período consecutivo para esa formación política. Si no obtienen los parlamentarios necesarios para ello, hasta ahí llegaron.

Hecmilio Galván en el Gabinete de Danilo Medina: RAZONES DE ESTADO RESPECTO A VENEZUELA

Muchos se rasgan las vestiduras por la designación de Hecmilio Galván en el Gabinete de Danilo Medina… Los de oposición porque “se vendió” y los del partido gobernante porque “es un enemigo”

La razón es que ese joven, aparte de sus capacidades, tiene vínculos muy estrechos con el Gobierno Bolivariano de Venezuela y con varios dirigentes del PSUV, donde frecuentemente es invitado a sus actos siendo reciprocado y por eso ha sido llamado como una especie de “Embajador alterno” ante EL TOLLO de Miguel Mejía en ese rol, a quien prácticamente se le tiene “nom grato” en tierras venezolanas por haber abusado de la amistad del Presidente Hugo Chavez, incurriendo en diversos negocios en el campo petrolero junto a unos muy conocidos empresarios de origen árabe, lo que forzó a Danilo Medina no llevarlo consigo en la reciente Cumbre de Petrocaribe.

Dominicana tiene su deuda bilateral por concepto de combustibles por encima de los 3 mil millones de dólares y por MALA PAGA, aparte de las demás razones mencionadas, nos han bajado la cuota de 100 mil a 50 mil y ahora a 25 mil barriles diarios de combustibles.

Razón de Estado.

LULA PA LA UNASUR Y EL EMPERADOR PA LA OEA: EL PLAN MAESTRO DE LOS "PAÍSES PROGRESISTAS"

La idea fue del Presidente ecuatoriano Rafael Correa, quien lleva la iniciativa de Lula Da Silva como Secretario General de la UNASUR para IMPULSAR dicho organismo, que próximamente estrena sede en Quito, EL EDIFICIO MAS MODERNO DE LATINOAMERICA... Mientras que Su Majestad Leonel Fernandez I, iría como Secretario General de la OEA para "impulsar" dicho organismo que se encuentra al borde del abismo... CORRELACIÓN DE FUERZAS: Lula cuenta con el respaldo UNÁNIME de los países miembros de UNASUR... El Emperador cuenta con el respaldo del grupo de países del CELAC (UNASUR-CARICOM-SICA) + Mexico... Pero hasta el momento NO CUENTA con el respaldo de los Canadá y Estados Unidos (ultimo pais donde esta la sede y aporta el 60 % de los gastos operativos, el dueño del show como diría Jackson Pichardo)

EL VIEJO TRUCO DEL AMOR Y LA PASIÓN EN EL ESCÁNDALO DEL PASQUÍN:

Según me enteraron la colaboradora del Presidente Medina, cayo en el viejo truco del enamoramiento para revelarle a "su prometido" también colaborador del presidente, pero al servicio del Emperador, algunas confidencias de Estado, las cuales fueron divulgadas en el pasquín "foro publico" aderezadas con embustes... De ahí que lamentablemente la destituyeran... LAS CUESTIONES DE ESTADO NO SE LE DICEN NI A LA ALMOHADA... Eso ustedes lo pueden ver reflejado en las películas de Angelina Jolie, Bratt Pit y Arnold Schwarzenegger, en donde sus condiciones de ESPÍAS no se la dicen a sus cónyuges... De ahí también el ESCÁNDALO de los guardaespaldas del Presidente Obama que se revolcaron con cuerazos en Cartagena Colombia.. EL SEXO, EL AMOR, EL ENAMORAMIENTO PARA JODER AL ENEMIGO es antiquísimo, hasta en la Biblia en el caso de Sanson y Dalila. Y es probable que con eso también JODIERAN AL PRD cuando estaban en el gobierno con las megadivas... COMO SUGERENCIA: A las personas que les confían cuestiones de Estado... JAMAS DIGAN LO QUE SE LES CONFÍAN NI A SU ALMOHADA... Y en el caso de la destituida funcionaria creo que luego de esta lección, MERECE SER PERDONADA aunque eso no signifique que en lo inmediato la vuelvan a colocar en el mismo puesto, podría irse pa otro cargo y paulatinamente regresarla a su lugar... En cuanto al PERVERSO, EL CHULO, EL INMORAL que se presto a eso... ¡¡FUSILENLO!!
